Learn More About CeraQ™
Address Challenging Wastewater Conditions
Ideal for challenging water conditions like wastewater with high fouling and high process temperatures.
High-Quality Permeate
CeraQ ceramic ultrafiltration membranes deliver exceptional water quality, achieving 6-log bacteria and 4-log virus removal.
Robust Material of Construction
The CeraQ membrane’s proprietary coating and alumina-based construction enables it to withstand aggressive cleaning, cracking, delamination, and thermal cycling.
Reliable Operation
CeraQ ceramic ultrafiltration membranes ensure a long service life, consistent performance, and highly reliable operation with minimal downtime & maintenance.
Fouling Resistance
CeraQ’s innovative tubular configuration effectively eliminates dead pockets, significantly reducing membrane fouling with a high degree of permeance recovery.
How Does CeraQ™ Work?
CeraQ ceramic membranes function by physically separating substances based on particulate size through a porous ceramic structure. The principle involves a cross-flow filtration process where the feed liquid flows through the membrane tubes, and larger particles, including suspended solids, colloidal impurities are filtered while smaller ones pass through as permeate.
