QUA’s EnviQ® submerged ultrafiltration membranes are designed by our water experts to improve the performance and reliability of MBR facilities. EnviQ’s unique design provides high-quality product water quality and is optimized for robust operation, enabling reverse diffusion and purpose-designed air diffusion to optimize scrubbing efficiency, reduce operating pressure and minimize cleaning frequency.
The EnviQ membrane technology is engineered for superior performance, high quality filtration, small footprint and low OPEX. It is available in two variants – a flat sheet membrane and PVDF hollow fibre membrane to provide consistent ultrafiltration-quality effluent.

How Does EnviQ® Work?
The EnviQ membrane has billions of microscopic pores on its surface that allow only water to pass, blocking impurities. Gentle suction draws the water through these pores, leaving solids behind and delivering high-quality effluent.
Peak performance is maintained with optimized fouling control, using a proprietary air diffuser to maintain consistent & continuous air scouring. This reduces cleaning frequency, maintains energy efficiency by preventing solids sticking to the membrane surface, and eliminates the potential for septic conditions due to solids settling at the tank bottom.
